By accessing or using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place any order.

“Website” means our online store at [eco2.in] including any mobile version, application or microsite we may operate.

 

“You”, “User”, “Customer” means any person who accesses, browses or uses the Website or places an order.

 

“Products” or “Home Need” means the items offered by us on the Website, including Drinkware, Tableware, Gardening, Petcare and custom-made items, etc.

 

“Order” means a purchase order placed by you for Products.

 

“Service” means the services provided by us via the Website including product display, order processing, shipping, customer support and other related services.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

5.1 We endeavor to display and sell home need items accurately on our website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, colors, weights, specifications or other details will be wholly accurate or complete. (See also Section 9)

5.2 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product or change the price at any time, and to refuse or cancel Orders even if the Order has been confirmed.

5.3 Special/custom orders and “made-to-order”  items may require additional time for production/shipping; we will endeavor to indicate expected delivery time but cannot guarantee same.

 

6. Orders & Payment

6.1 When you place an Order, you will receive an acknowledgement via email that we have received your Order (“Order Acknowledgement”). Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your Order. Acceptance of your Order and formation of the contract between you and us will occur when we dispatch the Product(s) to you or otherwise notify you of acceptance.

6.2 Payment for Orders must be made by the methods provided on our website (credit/debit card, net-banking, UPI, etc.) You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6.3 In the event payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your Order.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping costs, applicable taxes, duties, customs (if any) and delivery times will depend on your location, the shipping option selected and the nature of the Product.

7.2 Title and risk in the Product pass to you when the Product is delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, adverse weather, or other external factors.

 

8. Returns & Refunds / Cancellations

8.1 Unless otherwise specified in a separate Return Policy section, returns and refunds are subject to eligibility criteria: Products must be unused, in original packaging, without damage, and returned within the time-period specified.

8.2 Customized or “made-to-order” items may not be eligible for returns or refunds except in the case of defect.

8.3 Cancellation of Orders by you must be made within the time frame, if any, specified on the Website. Once production/shipping has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted.

8.4 We will process refunds (if applicable) via the original payment method or per our policy and will endeavor to reimburse you within a reasonable time.

 

9. Product Descriptions & Quality

9.1 We strive to ensure that the images, descriptions, specifications and other details of Products displayed on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, some variation may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, natural variations, and manufacturing tolerances.

9.2 You agree that minor variations do not constitute a defect. For any major discrepancy, you should contact us as soon as possible.

9.3 We do not warrant that the Website or Product descriptions are error-free, accurate or complete. (See also Section 10)

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Your use of the Website, the Products and Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

11.2 We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and security.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, change or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Website. The date of the “last updated” will be indicated. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract formed between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located 

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and the purchase of Products and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written. 

15.3 Our failure to enforce any right or remedy under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or remedy.
